Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for appointments, treatments, services, and product orders placed through [Website Name].

1. Appointment Cancellation

You may request cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, email, or the website.

Cancellation or rescheduling is subject to doctor availability, service type, booking status, and timing of the request.

2. Consultation and Treatment Service Refunds

Consultation fees, therapy booking amounts, treatment advance payments, or service charges may be refundable only if:

  • The cancellation request is made before the service starts
  • The doctor/service provider is unavailable and we cannot offer a suitable reschedule
  • Duplicate payment is received
  • Payment is successful but appointment/service cannot be confirmed by us

No refund may be provided after consultation, therapy, treatment, procedure, or service has started or completed, except where required by applicable law or approved by management.

3. Product Order Cancellation

Product orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the request will be handled under our Return/Exchange Policy.

We may cancel an order if:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment is not confirmed
  • Delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable
  • Required prescription or medical confirmation is not provided
  • Product is restricted, unavailable, damaged, incorrectly priced, or cannot be legally supplied
  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive order activity

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method. For cash, UPI, or offline payments, we may request bank or UPI details for refund processing.

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are usually initiated within 7 to 10 business days. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following may be non-refundable unless defective, wrongly delivered, or required by law:

  • Completed consultations
  • Completed therapies or treatment sessions
  • Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products
  • Personalized or prescription-based medicines
  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase
  • Discounted, clearance, or special-order items clearly marked as non-refundable
  • Shipping charges, convenience charges, payment gateway charges, or handling charges, where applicable and already incurred

7. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If your account is debited but the order/appointment is not confirmed, please contact us with payment proof. We will verify the transaction and either confirm the order/service or initiate refund if payment is received by us.
