1. Return/Exchange Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Oils, powders, personal care items, hygiene products, and consumables once opened
  • Customized, personalized, or prescription-based medicines
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
  • Products returned without invoice, order number, or proof of purchase
  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers marked as non-returnable

3. Return Request Process

To request return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Registered phone/email
  • Invoice copy
  • Clear photos/video of the issue
  • Product batch number and expiry date, where applicable
  • Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review and confirm whether the product is eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection. Return approval is not automatic. If the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions, the request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to you, subject to shipping charges.

5. Exchange

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternate product, store credit, or refund as approved.

6. Return Shipping

If the issue is due to our error, wrong delivery, damaged delivery, or verified defect, we may arrange pickup where serviceable or reimburse reasonable return shipping after approval.

If return is requested for any reason not caused by us, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
